The natural way to interact with augmented and virtual reality will be with your hands. StretchSense is developing incredible gloves based on soft and stretchy sensor technology for the future of human-machine interaction. Our first product is a motion capture glove specifically designed for animators that need perfect finger data for movies and games. 

We are looking for an SDR to develop a database that represents the full motion capture and animation market for our Mocap Pro Gloves. The database will have identified all relevant prospects that will fuel our outbound sales efforts. 

You will be working in an international sales team.

Job description: 

You are a driven individual looking for the next best opportunity in tech sales. As an SDR at StretchSense, you will be cold prospecting to new clients generating a strong pipeline of warm leads and demo meetings for Account Executives. 

Duties:

  • Work closely with your partnered Account Executive to research and identify prospective new accounts for outreach.

  • Cold call and email prospective clients to develop a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives.

  • Qualify cold prospects into warm leads through qualification questions. 

  • Use a variety of outbound methods to start conversations with clients including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets in your territory.

  • Share and report on effective outbound methodologies with the sales leadership team. 

Must-haves:

  • You have a growth mindset with a strong desire to grow a sales career in tech. 

  • You are a self-starter and eager to learn from a talented and friendly team

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • You easily understand the mechanisms of human behaviour and how to sell

Nice-to-haves:

  • A demonstrable history of high performance in an SDR role will be viewed very favourably

  • Experience using a CRM and tracking daily activities

  • Fluency in a second language
