StretchSense is developing incredible gloves based on soft and stretchy sensor technology for the future of human-machine interaction. Our first product is a motion capture glove specifically designed for animators that need perfect finger data for movies and games.
You are a strong generalist confident in both sales, marketing and product development. You are known for being the ‘go-between’ person based on your ability to easily speak the language of the three functions. You are seeking a career where you can make a difference by watching a team of reps grow and achieve their career goals.
Work closely with the sales, marketing and support teams to create training materials on the evolving MoCap Pro Glove product.
Quickly identify training gaps by working with the Sales Manager and create materials to plug in these gaps.
Run weekly training sessions with the StretchSense sales team on new product features.
Train StretchSense industry partners on new product features
Strong passion and initiative for finding out how new technologies work
Strong admin skills
Ability to manage different personalities in a sales team
Excellent communicator and listener
Good eye for detail
Experience in training team members
Nice to haves
Previous experience in sales enablement
Previous experience selling tech in a B2B environment
Physically-based in New Zealand.
